This year’s Christmas break has felt at times like it was never-ending, while also like it flew by and I can’t believe school is starting again tomorrow! While we kept really busy the first week, the holiday hangover (and a nasty cold bug!) hit this week, and we spent a lot more time relaxing. I even found a little time to read and watch a documentary which is always a treat! I watched 30 for 30: The Price of Gold by ESPN (it’s available through Amazon) and it’s all about the Tonya Harding/Nancy Kerrigan drama of 1994. I was a teenager at this time and remember being absolutely obsessed with the story and figure skating in general that year. Being from Oregon, Tonya Harding was huge news and I often shopped at the mall where she trained (my parents actually saw her skate there!). It was a really well done documentary, and now I am really wanting to see the new movie I, Tonya.
Even though we spent most of our week homebound, we did get out for a few errands. We did a target run, mall run, and picked up some goodies for Evan’s upcoming 3rd birthday. I can’t believe he is turning 3…time is going so fast and I wish I could slow it down just a little!
And a few cozy outfits I wore this week…Lounge Suit: Topshop
Pullover: Lululemon (on sale online!)
Going to enjoy our last day of relaxation before we officially get back to real life tomorrow. And I’m excited to cozy up and watch the Golden Globes tonight (mostly for the fashion)! Hope you have a wonderful Sunday!
